Update 1.0.008 Brings Fixes and Quality of Life Improvements
Approximately Up has received a new small update, version 1.0.008. This patch focuses on fixing several long-standing issues and adding a few requested quality of life improvements.
Key Fixes and Changes
- Fixed the Axis Rotometer hitbox and remaining issues, it should now work as intended.
- Fixed Plasma Cables not being paintable, and cable holders now receive paint when you paint the cable.
- Autohemisphere Solar Panels now return to their original position after leaving Fly Mode.
- Swapped Yaw and Roll on the front panel of the RCS Controller to match the back output ports, reducing confusion.
- The Manual can now be opened while sitting in a seat.
- BPS now supports negative speed inputs, interpreting them as absolute values.
- World names display correctly when joining players using a different localization.
- Whiteboard color switching now works by clicking a color instead of using the mouse wheel, the wheel is reserved for a future pen size adjustment.
- Adjusted Solar Storm strength, making the Moon-to-Basalt route about 99% safe (with a very small chance of burning up for fun).
- Updated the Rock Obsession radar icon to an outlined version for better readability.
- Fixed seat binding labels jumping around on screen.
